- Description: Tibarn, from Fire Emblem Path of Radiance/ Radiant Dawn, is the king of the Hawk Tribe of Phoenecis. He shares a bond with all of the Herons, and when he found the truth about the Serenes Massacre, he formed the Laguz Allience with Gallia and Kilvas. He also is one of Yune's chosen ones and led the Hawk Army when they were marching for the Tower of Guidance to defeat Ashera. He has a rivalry and a grudge against Naesala, the Raven King, for multiple accounts of betrayal.
