Yup, the guy's got a pet monkey in the show. He just kind of adopted it XD
NOTE: That is the BEST hat Gaia has to offer for this cosplay.
Anyway, for those of you who are unfamiliar with this old(ish) show, Gilligan was one of the people aboard the S.S. Minnow before a harsh storm caused the crew to be stranded on an Island. He's the main character of the show, a dimwitted accident-prone numbskull.

i would have killed gilligan the first five minutes and we would have been off the island in less than a hour.
