- Description: Known as the yellow flash, he was the fourth hokage of konohagakure, Father of Naruto Uzumaki, Student of Jiraya, Teacher of Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Rin. He also created the Rasengan, the technique that Naruto uses often. He also can summon toads, and is known to be the few that can control Gamabunta. He also created the flying god thunder technique, that would allow him to teleport place to place, by throwing a kunai with a seal attached behind enemy lines.
