Gambit, known as Remy LeBeau, is a member of the X-Men. He was abandoned at birth due to his burning red eyes, and adopted into a Thieves Guild. A master Thief, he has the mutant ability to charge objects with explosive energy. His trademark weapons are playing cards which he charges kinetically and also a Bo Staff.
A Ladies Man, Gambit fell for fellow X-Men Member Rogue. Yet one of defining traits was that he was a smoker, yet Marvel’s anti-smoking policy ended this, along with Wolverine. - Date: 06/19/2009
