Elmyra Duff is a character from the 90's cartoon, Tiny Toon Adventures.
She LOVES animals, but due to her naïveté, and obvious stupidity, she winds up killing any pets she gets, hence the gerbil skull on her bow tie (I had to use the skull pin to represent that).

- omg! Elmyra! my uncle used to tease me by calling me Elmyra since i loved animals like her-but didn't do the crazy things she did sweatdrop ! man i wish that i could've voted for this, Tiny Toons was one of my favorite cartoons to watch when i was little! Totally awesome avi! 3nodding

Oh My God! When I saw this I almost flip. I started about about the show last Friday in class. And no one knew what the hell I was talking about. So I ask some of my friend as lunch. They had no idea was well. We're all around the same age. Was I the only one who actuelly watched cartoons? lol
