- The Saiyan aura is a little over the top. Kill that, and then you'll need, and I'm sorry to say this, but the Ninja Headband MC from waaaaay back, as it has the tilt. Also, electricity needs to go baibai, as he's not using chidori; he's reading his pervy book. Beyond that, I like it.

Write a -Good- description about the character before explaining the flaws.
Match shades as best as possible. There was no need for the Blue Flame Shoes when there are better options out there.
and finally WTH is up with the "super saiyan" flames and lightning exploding around him?? If you had written in the description a reason for it I might have overlooked it.. or at least a ref pic with it.. - Report As Spam
