- Description: Rufus ShinRa is one of the Villains in Final Fantasy VII. He is Vice-President of the ShinRa Electric Company and takes over as President after his father is murdered by Sephiroth. The ShinRa company made it's fortune by converting mako energy from the earth into usable electric energy. After his father's death, his intrests become finding Sephiroth and the promised land(a land supposedly abundant with mako energy). THIS IS NOT ADVENT CHILDREN VER.
