Smoker is a Marine officer originally stationed in Loguetown as a Captain.Smoker is a cigar enthusiast,keeping plenty of cigars strapped to the left side of his jacket while smoking two lit ones in his mouth.Smoker has the powers of a Logia-type Devil Fruit,giving him the power to manipulate,create,control and transform into smoke.

- i have seen better, and he is no longer a captain he was promoted to commodore,also the boots and gloves are wrong color and the smoke you used looks more like frost than smoke, but this is a decent cosplay so i will give it a 3/5
