Not bad for a hard character design. Get the typical lower half of a Shinigami outfit for his pants, and wood sandals would help with that part of it. I don't know if you can layer the White Drome Egg scars/scratches with that chest scar, but I'd also go with that.
Chains of Command would go really well with it and a Taiko Drum might help balance out the back half. Not bad at all. Good idea, great effort!
