Ah yes, him. Your reference image isn't actually of the 'true' Metal Knuckles, though; It's a (somewhat awkward) blend of the original who only appeared in Sonic R and Neo Metal Sonic. Maybe you should have called it Neo Metal Knuckles, then...
For what you've been working with, you've pulled it off quite well. Maybe there's some better hair, and a belt, if possible to put over a space suit, but still one of the better Sonic cosplays.
