eeh... Well, it's better then some Pikachu's I've seen, but here are the flaws with this cosplay:
1. Needs a tail
2. Needs a nose
3. There is a better bikini bottom for this cosplay. Look up "Metallic"
4. The hair is the wrong color and doesn't blend well with the Pikachu look. - Report As Spam
