Not sure why you gave her sleeves, or blue lipstick.
Blue eyes, not teal.
Unless you're going off the manga and trying to create the black and white concept (in which case your skin should be white too), Neo Queen Serenity is blond, has a crown, and has a far less puffy dress with pink wings/ribbons behind her. - Report As Spam
