It's everyone's favorite hipster- I mean Pokemon Black and White male rival!
This is a cosplay of Cheren from Pokemon Black and White 2. Cheren was the player's rival in the first Black and White, but two years later in Black and White 2, he becomes a gym leader. Cheren is the first gym leader in Aspertia City and trains normal type pokemon.

I noticed that too, but in all other pictures, his eyes were more blue than black (Especially in the anime trailer for the game).
I thought about using multiple pictures ti show his eyes really are blue, but I was too lazy. =A=; - Report As Spam
