To transform, she uses "Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" in the manga or "Moon Eternal Make-Up!" in the anime. It is said to be a very powerful form and a step down from Neo-Queen. I did get advice on using the magical mender boots but with the skirt layer, it doesn't look right. Thoughts?

Awesome! Boots could be thinner, but it's amazing and beautiful! Couldn't find more "feathery" wings though?
