- Your description is horrible. You didn't even write where this character is from. While most people are familiar with Dragon Ball Z characters, not all are. Piccolo has a mouth and serious eyes. The shoes and pants could use some work. Also, instead of using the bald wig, you can just use short hair in order to get rid of the thin eyebrows. 2/5

- Well, the cape could be better too, but the eyes I had, but I looked stupid in my other outfits.

- More malicious eyes. Even when he's smiling, Piccolo looks pissed off. Still, not too shabby, aside from that.
