Sakuya Izayoi is the chief maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She works for her vampiric mistress Remilia Scarlet, and is apparently the only human under employment at the mansion.
Sakuya has the power to stop time (also rewind, and fastforward), and her weapons of choice are her countless throwing knives which she uses to great precision along with her time stopping ability.
