This is the Big Sister model from Bioshock 2. One of the newer enemies you face in the sequel to Bioshock. The big sisters are fast, powerful, and able to teleport around in your battles. You don't face them as often as their male counterparts the Big Daddy's.

Could of used a bodice, or something else for the top half, then for the bottom some boots that come higher, try tekteking before entering, thats what i do wink
