Samus is the heroine from the Metroid series. Her colony was destroyed by the Space Pirates and their general, Ridley, when she was three years old. The bird-like species known as the Chozo took her in and raised her to be the protector of the galaxy. On her Zero Mission, after defeating Mother Brain, Samus's ship was shot down by a Space Pirate; she was left without her armored suit. To get it back, she must sneak through her old home, the Chozo Ruins.
