This is my cosplay, Nidaime, the 2nd Hokage. He was a water stylist jutsu user, capable of performing high rank ninjutsu skills. Nidiame is the younger borother of the 1st Hokage, both having the same Kekkai Genkai.

I didn't like the kunai's in the hand. It's cool to add a few accessories here n' there of your own choice like the kunai's in the hand... but i just don't like the look of them.
I'd let just one slide by and still rate 5, but there's two of them... it's so distracting to my eyes.. 4'd
