- The entire coloring is incorrect. Her hair isn't bright green; it's more of a teal color. And her outfit is really bad, no offense. She has no striped green tie or a bright green skirt. Her tie is also teal and her skirt is black, rimmed with turquoise (or teal again). She could do with some sort of earphones, and possibly some music notes in the background. But 2/5 for trying.

- At best I'd say it was Emidori from Haruhi Suzumiya dressed as maid or waitress or something. It doesn't even look like Miku.
