Introduced in volume 5 of the manga series "Rosario + Vampire," Mizore is a Yuki Onna, or Ice Woman. Mizore is one of my favorite characters in the series, next to Ruby. The Blue Ribbon Luv Sleeves are the closest things that I could find to match her dark blue flared sleeves, and the Nitemare Claws represent her icy claws. I hope you enjoy this!

Honestly this sucks.
Reasons?
1: That's not the right hairstyle
2: You have the eye color and eyestyle wrong
3: The sleeves are the wrong color
4: There are better socks than that
5: The skirt is the wrong color
6: If the claws aren't in the reference picture, DO NOT include them
7: I can't see her shoes.
