Any other character details would be spoilers... However he is voiced by Leonard Nimoy in the english localized version which I found interesting. XD
The scene is that of the secret KH2 ending (Ref pic 4). Where he is seen in a showdown between the 3 armored Keyblade wielders, Ventus, Aqua and Terra.

Nah, I had the rainy day boots on at some point. However despite their little bit of white at the top; their shape was completely different and they missed a trim of white. So I chose this variation.
