The scene is that of the secret KH2 ending (Ref pic 4). Where he is seen in a showdown between the 3 armored Keyblade wielders, Ventus, Aqua and Terra.

- nice, i wish i had a ps3 or psp so i could buy this game, it looks a lot better than the other ones, not that they were bad its just that i only played one and it got annoying
