Honestly? This would NOT have won if he did not just die.
That's why I'm bothered by this. It cannot stand on its own; it had to rely on a death to place. It's a tribute, and I appreciate that, as I'm sure Billy would ...
But it did not deserve to place. Without him dead recently, this would have been tacked as 'too simple.'
