btw im not cosplaying shippuden hinata so im not using the "girls silk black" hair

- good attempt. hair is just too different to see who it is right off the bat, which is bad for a cosplay. get a ninja hood, and use the mask form for the headband around the neck. Also you may want to try for shorted pants that look closer to the pic. Or a coat with the white lining.
