Szayel is a fictional character in the anime, Bleach. He is the 8th Espada in Aizen's army and his considered the scientist within the espada group. Szayel is also the younger brother of Yylfordt (how do you say that -.-). He meets his demise at hands ( well not really his hands but his zanpakuto) of fellow scientist and inventor,Mayuri Kurotsuchi.

It's so hard to do a decent Granz cosplay... probably because of the hair and the glasses, really. This is the closest I've seen to it. *hides*
