No it's not spot on for EITHER. The chest is supposed to be a reddish color for the Phazon Suit. The helmet? Grey, not black. Don't even get me STARTED on the shoulders.
It's a HORRIBLE cosplay. There is absolutely no imagination involved - it's a set and some freebie shoulders. The LEAST the creator could have done would be mix up the items a little.
