Emily from the movie Corpse Bride.
Please Note: There are not many white skirts that part down the middle. There are also very limited varieties of white veils. I tried my best to create the gloves, since the arm bone won't let me equip gloves. I put the photo in this position so that it will be slightly easier to see. I pretty much tried my best with what gaia has to offer.
Please rate fairly and keep in mind gaia's limitations.

@CookieYuki16: If you are talking about the hair color, gaia doesn't have much variety of hair color. It's either light or dark colors, no in between. Her hair seem more dark than light so I went with that.
I also meant to put a slightly darker photo, since this photo seems a tad bit lighter than it should be for me. I tried to edit under "my stuff" but for some reason it won't let me edit =/. Anyway thanks for your input.
