Basing off your ref, the poofy sleeves are unnecessary, and the embroidered bodice would do just fine, me thinks. And different eyes, the ones actually shaped like "Sailor Moon" in the salon.
And just as a helpful hint, despite the fact you provided a ref, don't ever tell anyone to google something in the cosplay arenas ;>.> they get upset - Report As Spam
