This is Jacqli from Ar tonelico II
Jacqli (Jakuri in the Japanese version), originally known as Mir (Mule in the Japanese version). She is the main antagonist in Ar tonelico: Melody of Elemia and a playable character in its sequel Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica.
She is also reputed to be the strongest Reyvateil in the world. She had waged a war against humanity and Shurelia in the past - a war that resulted with great devastation to Sol Ciel and her subsequent imprisonment. - Date: 09/05/2010
