- It looks really good, but is it possible to lighten her colors? Milotic has those light blue and pink scales- the dark scales and hair make her look kinda nasty. 4/5

- Creative and original but I'd highly recommend tweaking it a bit and reentering. Try and turn the red parts pink. Try a shoulder length-ish hair style to "connect" the hair to the arms and remove the back ribbon. This should give the right illusion and still be long enough. Try the pink eyebrows from the bad moon too. They should be big/long enough to connect to the hair. The eyes are the right color and stuff but they look too sinister. Milotic is the opposite of Gyarados. Calm canceling anger.
