Well, hold on now. Let's look past the fact it was submitted in the wrong arena... not ALL misplaced entries deserve an insta-one.
It looks decent. The Dark Elf Skin would SUCK if it was used for this. See how the others elves have varying shades of gray skin? Do you HONESTLY think a sickly pale blue would fit in? No.
