This is the Earl Ciel Phantomhive as he appeared in some part of the manga in chapter 26. The Queen sent him to return some kidnapped children and thinks that a traveling circus has something to do with the kidnappings. Ciel is forced to join the circus to investigate more. Ciel and Sebastian joined the circus, but Ciel was called Smile.
