Everyone has done Sailor Moon cosplays but I haven't seen this one attempted before so I thought I would give it a shot. I am doing a cosplay of the character before the original costume design was settled on. The picture appears in the title page of the February 1992 Nakayoshi, a monthly magazine for youths.

- @Hyz: They did stick out too much so I went with a garter from the Mrs. Claus set instead, but I got negative feedback on it as well. I decided to remove it altogether because I could find no suitable replacement for it.

Wow, creative!
I dunno if this would just look silly if you added it, but in the ref she has some lacey undergarments like the Candy Pink Sweet Lace Bloomers. They probably would stick out too much, though.
