A line usually used by the Undertaker in the anime Kuroshitsuji when the Ciel comes seeking his help. He prefers a good joke over money and until he gets the sort of joke he wants, he won't budge information wise.
I know there are better jackets out there for him, but they are glitched with this hair.
Gaia lacks in sashes & things to hide eyes.

- Lameness aside in that Gaia has no decent sashes (darn them), I think the sparkle eyes were an excellent way to hide his eyes. Heh, maybe someone told him a joke that he was thrilled about or something. Anyways, awesome job... *gives a 5*
