-
a layer of ice
encasing everything glittering
making glossy sculptures
of everything
twinkling softly in the night
now it's time for the
snow to come down
blanket this entire town
dampen everything to quiet
the hush whisper of frost flight
want to see
cold sugar trees
lights illuminating
the rush of swirling white
graceful, angelic falling
i think i hear my snow sled calling

- We got snow today where I live. <3 I can feel great personal attachment to this, pretty usage of imagery...and metaphorically you are speaking of winter, no? 4/5
