You look at me and what do you see
Someone that’s pure in heart.
Then I turn the other cheek
That’s when the madness starts.
You smile happily with glee
When you see the side of my face.
But when you see the other side you’ll say
“I shouldn’t have looked in the first place”
I’m the light inside the shadow.
I still can not get out.
If you looked inside my mind
You’d see what I’m talking about.
I lurk within an endless tunnel.
Forever searching for light.
The more I try to make peace
The more I start to fight.
Until I reach the end of the tunnel
And see rays of light on the floor
I shall remain two faced
On and on forevermore.

- Nice job!! I loved how it rhymes; I'm sorta two-faced in a way. One minute, I'm thoughtful or quiet or upset.....or sort of insane; the next minute, I'm lil' Miss Sunshine! And trust me, step 100,000 feet away from me when I get mad!! You have been warned~! smile

- This was a good poem. It has a good, persistent writing pattern, and it rhymes. I like it, so I'll give it a 4 out of 5.
