- i agree this is a pretty picture but the editing does need to be done alittle better what program did you use

- The eyes could be brighter and the editing on the skin was done badly. Skin has texture, and the cheek / forehead have been blurred to much. To remove blemishes (if that's what it was) you can get much better results with the healing or clone tool. If it was just to soften up the image, it was done too much.
