It looks good, overall.
I like the way you did the highlights in his hair and eyes. Nice use of shapes there. I also like the pink feathers and the painted-looking purple vest.
One little complaint (I'm sorry) is that the way you outlined the black color in his hair makes the purple look like it's a different object than the hair itself. Because of that, I can't tell whether he has purple lower layers, or if it's a dyed tip. I'm sure you can find a better way to express that, you have the talent - Report As Spam
