- For a marionette, the body needs to be limp and lifeless, held up only by the strings. Make those strings the point where the rest of her body falls around them (if that makes sense) and she'll look more like a puppet. As it is, it just doesn't look believable. The sense I get from the drawing is "I'm looking over here. I think something's tugging on my arm, but oh well."
