Description:
A picture I drew for the World Comic Day character design contest held by the central library in my town. This character is called Yuuna, and she is a young woman who was brought up as a geisha. Part of the contest was to design a character with special powers, but there's not enough space here for me to write about it.
Also, the background photo (Sakura blossoms! Yay ^_^) was digitally added. Credit to Wikipedia, Wikimedia for supplying the photo. - Date: 05/05/2010

Really lovely work smile
"Art skill is expirance" -A common saying, it is also hard work and a sense of focus on where to work on. I'm this picture, her hands are a little short and the hands a little small (but all drawn well) aswell as the head needs some work.
Mark Crilley does some awesome tutorials on Youtube, I think they will help you alot.
