1) face is too flat and un-proportional
2) the background needs to be darkened more since all that my eyes are directed towards are the background
3) the hair is too flat (you don't need to draw every single line of hair...all you need is to figure out the highlights and the darkest parts)
4) Critiques are compliments that this art is good and could be better wink
