For something you made on MS Paint, this isn't quite bad really. For criticism sake, though, I must point out that maybe the neck and shoulders could use more work. Mostly, because it looks slightly dislocated. Also, the stance itself makes it look like she's standing a bit awkwardly. Other than that, this picture is quite impressive for MS Paint. Just keep working on it and you'll perfect it. Hope I helped out a bit. =^-^=
