- oh, also, make some darker contrasts between the lights and shadows of the water itself. Adding some white spots make great for reflections of the waves like the actual ocean.

- if it's a sun rise, the sky needs to be pinkish with some blue. If it's setting, an orange sky with blue. The clouds would also need to be different colours but it's looks good so far. Keep practicing. Maybe make the file size bigger?
