I did this sketch not long after first watching Hayao Miyazaki's masterpiece, Howl's Moving Castle.
I loved the movie right away, and as soon as I saw this scene I knew I just HAD to draw this pose. It's been almost two years and I still LOVE how this turned out :D - Date: 05/29/2009

- I love Howl's Moving Castle! most of use have probably only seen the movie, but I bet you haven't read the book that the movie was based off of. the book is SOOO good it is just amazing! it is by Diana Wynne Jones. if you are a fan of the movie, get the book. you will love it. and the BEST part is that there are sequels to the book. seceond book in the wizards castle seriese is Castle in the Air(which has no connection with Miyazaki's Castle in the Sky)
