- That is B you can see the red part on the L that makes it a B and Lhas BLack hair and B has brown hair and you can cleary see in your refernce pic he has brown hair.

I'm not sure about this, but your reference pick might actually be of L's twin, B (see the red part added to the letter L?). He's a character that's only in the manga, which I haven't read, so I can't say much else. =|
