Yes, more Sailor Moon fan art.<3 This is Wicked Lady, who is actually Chibiusa when she's older. Anyways, this was my first time drawing her. The Line art took about an hour to do, and yes, you may use the line art.
The coloring took an hour.
So total time taken is 2 hours and it was all done on Sai.
