She's afflicted with the ability to transform to human, due to her clan's incest breeding, which they've used to continue their survival. The only dragonic trait that remains while in this form is her wings, which hang behind her as a cape. Sketch done in no.2 lead, and my scanner ate my shading. Sorry =/
