Everyone starts somewhere, and this is actually really good, in my opinion. Sure, there are things that you could work on, like everyone could. But there's also things that I couldn't even try to do XD
The hands are awesome; most people struggle with those. The hair's pretty good, too. I would suggest working on your coloring, and a bit of shading would help lots.
Overall though I like it =]
