The base was a photo of me taken when I was unaware, working on a different project. Then I modified it to my desires, in this case using black tempera to sharpen my features and a book I bought for a quarter for the words around me. From there, I used rubber cement to affix the buttons to recreate my necklace, and this one was pretty much done once it dried. - Date: 02/02/2009

- like the idea but the photo lines are too thick..the words look a little like pasta but the shirt and necklace are a great touch
